Now that you have some free time, we have some suggestions

Kenya has always been the ultimate safari destination: a place of magical creatures, enchanting cultures, postcard-perfect beaches, and one of the world’s warmest welcomes. Our guest relations team will be delighted to help you plan your wildlife safari, beach getaway, or day-trip to one of Nairobi’s many attractions such as Daphne Sheldrick’s famous elephant orphanage or the nearby Nairobi National Park.

Nairobi National Park

Nairobi’s National Park is a gem that must be experienced

The Nairobi National Park is just minutes drive from the hotel. Open grass plains play host to a wide variety of wildlife including the endangered black rhino, lion, cheetah, buffalo and giraffe. Pack a picnic lunch from The Duka Coffee shop and enjoy the park’s picnic sites and walking trails.

Daphne Sheldrick’s Elephant Orphanage

Visiting the Elephant Orphanage is one of those things that stay with you forever

The Daphne Sheldrick Wildlife Trust’s Orphans’ Project has achieved world-wide acclaim through its hugely successful elephant and rhino rescue and rehabilitation program. It’s incredible to see the young orphans being fed, playing and bonding with their carers.

Karen Blixen Museum

The Karen Blixen Museum is located 10 km from the hotel “at the foot of the Ngong Hills”. It is the former African home of Danish author Karen Blixen, famous for her book Out of Africa which chronicles life at the estate.
